Fundraiser Natalie completes her 9 in 9 Challenge

It’s an incredible challenge and one that yielded amazing results.

Fundraiser and Triathlete Natalie Lawrence donned her number 9 shirt (in honour of Davey’s lacrosse number) and set out to do a 9km pool swim, 9-mile run and if that wasn’t enough then a further 99-mile bike ride.

We were so grateful for everything Nat’s done to raise an epic £2400, which is going to massively help toward supporting Davey’s recovery. “I’ve known Dave for years and he has always supported me in my triathlon career. Hearing the awful news, I couldn’t stand by we are only one accident away from tragedy ourselves.

I wanted to use my platform and my physical ability to raise money because it’s something sadly Dave hasn’t got at present.”
